The Bulldogs were on the road this evening in a rematch from week two against the Indians of Carlisle. That game was the Bulldogs first loss of the season, and one of their two on the season.
The Bulldogs got off to a slow start being out scored 17-11 in the first quarter. The Bulldogs responded holding the Indians to just 6 points in the second quarter, and scoring 18 of their own to take a 29-23 lead into half.
The Bulldogs couldn’t get a shot to fall in the third quarter, and the Indians used it to their advantage to outscore the Bulldogs 16-7, taking a 39-36 lead into the fourth.
The Bulldogs got a much needed spark off the bench in the fourth quarter from Junior, Justin Randall who contributed to the Bulldogs first 6 points of the quarter with an assist, a steal and lay-up, and knocked down a huge shot from the corner to give the Bulldogs the lead. The Dogs didn’t stop there; pouring it on the Indians, outscoring them 23-11 in the fourth to get the victory, 59-50.
The Bulldogs were lead tonight by Freshman, Blake Brumbaugh with 17 points, 3 rebounds.

The Bulldogs move to 9-2 overall and 4-2 in the SWBL Buckeye division. The Bulldogs are back in action this Friday 1/17 for a backyard brawl at Franklin-Monroe. This is a Junior Varsity and Varsity match up only. JV tips off at 5:45 and Varsity 7:15. Go Dogs!
